Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is between you and your therapist. You can meet your therapist online at home or somewhere you feel comfortable and safe to speak about your stress and concerns. It is available at the convenience of your phone, tablet, or computer.

We will support and help you work through your stress, concerns, and struggles. Our therapist can speak English, Malay, Mandarin, and Cantonese. You will be notified who will be your therapist for online therapy via email once you made
 booking with us.

Duration: 1 hour
